FIRST SIGN TO IDENTIFY FALSE PROPHET – MAMMON SPIRIT (love of money)

Micah.3:11: Its heads give judgment for a bribe, its priests teach for hire, its prophets divine for money; yet they lean upon the LORD and say, “Is not the LORD in the midst of us? No evil shall come upon us.”

No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.” (RSV)

False prophet works generally for their stomach. They use the prophecy to fill their bank accounts and pockets.

All they speak or prophecy turns around money or materials. They are materialists! You will notice that all their sermons turns around success on earth, building big houses, driving expensive cars, etc. but they will never speak about rapture and the fear of God.

Most of them requires payment before you see them for ministeration. No matter what they say, they can’t give us a verse to prove that in the bible people were paying money before meeting prophets. This is the only verse they quote: 1Sam.9:7-8

7 Then Saul said to his servant, “But if we go, what can we bring the man? For the bread in our sacks is gone, and there is no present to bring to the man of God. What have we?”

8 The servant answered Saul again, “Here, I have with me the fourth part of a shekel of silver, and I will give it to the man of God, to tell us our way.” (RSV)

Saul said, what can we give as a present to the prophet, not what can we pay before meeting the prophet?

Where did today’s prophets find the scripture that allows them to make people to pay before seeing them or before praying for you? They work for their belly and not for God. Acts 16:16

Phil. 3:19: Their end is destruction, their god is the belly, and they glory in their shame, with minds set on earthly things. (RSV)

When a son called prophet or man of God requires you to pay before seeing him, he is in with a false prophets.

Thank you.
